Applicants who wish to submit an abstract are required to follow the steps outlined below:

1. Register on the Indico platform
   Click the “Login” button and follow the registration instructions on the Indico event website:
   https://indico.bio.bg.ac.rs/event/10/
2. Download the abstract template
   The abstract template is available on the homepage of the Indico website.
3. Prepare your abstract
   Complete the abstract template in accordance with the instructions provided within the document.
4. Submit a new abstract
   Click on the “Submit new abstract” button located at the bottom of the Indico homepage.
5. Complete the submission form
   Fill in all required fields, upload the prepared abstract, and submit the form.
6. Confirmation and review
   Upon successful submission, the corresponding author will receive an email confirmation.
   A separate notification regarding abstract acceptance or rejection will be sent after the review process is completed.
