Registration, Fees & Procedures
Interested participants may register for SETCoMS 2026 in one of the following categories:
- Participants
- Participants with abstract
Participants
Participants registering as listeners are required to:
- Complete the online registration form.
- Wait for registration approval by the Organizing Committee.
- Upon approval, proceed with payment of the registration fee according to the applicable category and registration period listed below.
Participants with abstract
Applicants wishing to participate as Oral/Poster Presenters are required to:
- Complete the online registration and abstract submission form.
- Submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee within the defined submission period.
- Authors will receive official notification regarding abstract acceptance by the stated deadline.
Grant application available
Applicants who wish to apply for a grant must additionally:
- Indicate their intention to apply for a grant in the registration form.
- Submit, together with the abstract:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Motivation Letter
Applicants with abstracts whose GRANT application has been approved will receive further instructions regarding their registration and GRANT.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (e.g., the official middle exchange rate) may be used.
The amount that will be charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organizations. This exchange rate cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction.
As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
